Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was more spacious than we expected, including a nice kitchen, big living room, and a firm king bed. However, the temperature was a bit too warm for my liking as all the heat was turned off. The service was friendly, except for Sharla who my husband jokingly called 'Sharkla,' and the location was excellent, very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone. The dining experience was good for preparing light breakfasts, and overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
